get a replacement delivered.

Your personal satisfaction
is guaranteed for all purchases. If you are
not satisfied with an item, you may exchange it or receive a
refund
for the merchandise within (30) days of the invoice date,
provided all
the terms defined in Directions for Returns are complied with.

for Returns
Please
email
us with the buyer's name, the order confirmation
number,
and
the reason for the return to obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization
("RMA")
number. Such RMA number is good for 10 days and must be
written
on the outside of the returning package.
No
returns will be accepted without an RMA number
All
returned products must be in the same condition that they were
received
and
in the original packaging. Please hold on to all packaging,
instruction
manuals,
etc. until you are sure that you are happy with the products
you
have
purchased.
We reserve the right to replace damaged parts
and not the entire product.
Please note that return shipping charges are not included in
the refund and it is your responsibility to pay for return
shipping.
Some products may be subject to a 20% restocking
fee.
