How do I return an item?

Directions for Returns

Please email us  with the buyer's name, the order confirmation number,  
and the reason for the return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization
("RMA") number. Such RMA number is good for 10 days and must be
written on the outside of the returning package.

No returns will be accepted without an RMA number

All returned products must be in the same condition that they were received
and in the original packaging. Please hold on to all packaging, instruction
manuals, etc. until you are sure that you are happy with the products you
have purchased.


If your product is damaged in transit or is defective in any way.
Call Nancy's Plush Toys  at (717) 866-5487, or send an e-mail  
for simple instructions to get a replacement delivered.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your personal satisfaction is guaranteed for all purchases. If you are
not satisfied with an item, you may exchange it or receive a refund
for the merchandise within (30) days of the invoice date, provided all
the terms defined in Directions for Returns are complied with.
